I have some Italy posts ready to share, but today I am thinking only of Nairobi.
I was in Nairobi three weeks ago, meeting expats and doing expat things like visiting the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (an elephant orphanage near the city center).
Nairobi is a vibrant city and my heart goes out to all the individuals and families affected by the terrorist attack at the Westgate Mall.
I just spent the past week and a half reading through your whole blog, from first post to most recent and I’ve finally made it! Just wanted to say that I love your blog, your writing style, and your great pictures! 🙂

Hi Dena! The weather might be a bit rainy and chilly but you will have the place to yourself! Rome is gorgeous right before the holidays, and is well decorated for Christmas. If you need heat, I would wait.. but it could be a great time to see Italy in a different light. Bring a coat though! Rome will be in the 40s at night.
